What we collect

Calculator answers (case type, injury, treatment, fault, lost work, state) are processed in your browser and are not linked to you unless you submit the case review form. If you submit that form, we collect your name, phone, email, ZIP code, your description of the accident, your calculator answers, and consent records (timestamp, IP address, and the consent language you agreed to). We also collect standard analytics data (pages visited, device type) via privacy-respecting analytics.

How we use and share it

We use your information to respond to your request and — only with your express consent — to connect you with one participating law firm or legal-services partner, who receives your submission so they can contact you about your inquiry. We do not sell your information to data brokers, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the partner(s) named in the consent you provide. Service providers (hosting, database, call tracking) process data on our behalf under contract.

Your choices

You may revoke contact consent at any time by replying STOP to texts, telling the caller, or emailing privacy@injurysage.com. You may request access to or deletion of your data at the same address. California, Virginia, Colorado, and other state-privacy-law residents may exercise their statutory rights the same way; we honor verified requests within the statutory window and do not discriminate for exercising them.

Cookies and retention

We use only the cookies needed for the site to function and for aggregate analytics. Lead records, including consent logs, are retained as required to demonstrate legal compliance, then deleted.
